The Dorset Council (Waiting, Loading, Stopping and Parking Places) (Map Based) (Amendment No. 32) (Vulcan Way, Ferndown) Order 2022

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of Dorset has made the above mentioned Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.



2. When the Order comes into operation on 28 October 2022 the effect of the Order is to introduce timed no waiting restrictions along Vulcan Way, Ferndown in line with other roads in the area.

4. If you wish to question the validity of the Order or any provisions contained



in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any Instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order you may within six weeks of the date of this Notice apply to the High Court for that purpose.
