NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council Intends to dispose of open space land at Baiter Park, Labrador Drive, Poole, Dorset by way of lease to Poole Harbour Commissioners for the siting of a cabin and by granting rights for an electricity cable to the cabin through adjoining land.
