The following applications have been received by the Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts:

The Council has received the following planning application which is located within a Conservation Area Conservation Area:

Howe Bridge A/22/94381/CU Land Adjacent St Michaels Church Of England Primary School Leigh Road Atherton Manchester Change of use of land to accommodate a natural area for school use - consisting of new landscaping, erection of 2m high mesh perimeter fencing, shelter and seating areas. A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.

The Council has received the following planning application which is located within a Conservation Area Conservation Area:

Tyldesley Town Centre A/22/94474/CU 146 Elliott Street Tyldesley M29 8FJ Change of use of ground floor of premises to a drinking establishment with outdoor seating/smoking area to rear and erection of a 1.8m high fence.
