St. Helens Borough Council Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
(As Amended) - Section 14(1) The Council Of The Borough Of St. Helens (Fleet Lane, St Helens) (Temporary Prohibition Of Driving, Order 2022)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 4th day of October, 2022, the St. Helens Borough Council made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as Amended), the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit a vehicle proceed in either direction along Fleet Lane between Downway Lane and Derbyshire Hill Road, as and when directed by road traffic signs on-site.

The Order will come into force on Monday 24" October 2022, and will have a maximum duration of eighteen months, but will terminate on completion of the works, which is expected to take two weeks.
The reason for making this Order is to facilitate new foul and surface water connections.
