North Yorkshire County Council, Notice of Making of a Public Path Diversion Order, Highways Act 1980, Public Bridleway No. 20.17/16, Pond House, Vince Moor East, Croft - on-Tees Diversion Order 2022

The above Order, made on 6.9.22, under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 will divert the Public Bridleway described below. Public Bridleway No. 20.17/16. From GR NZ 2843 0713 it runs in a north north east direction and then an east direction to GR NZ 2851 0731, will be diverted onto a new line from GR NZ 2843 0713 and runs in a general north north east direction to GR NZ 2851 0731. The new route will be 4 metres wide on grass, woodland and tarmac surfaces. A copy of the Order and the Order map may be seen free of charge during normal office hours at Northallerton Library, Thirsk Road, Northallerton, until 18.11.22.

Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to Suzanne Williamson at the above address not later than 18.11.22. Please state the grounds on which they are made. Please note that objections/ representations cannot be treated as confidential and may come into the public domain. Copies of any objections or representations received may be disclosed to interested parties, including the Planning Inspectorate where the case is referred to it for determination. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, North Yorkshire County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation, any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.

Notice of making of a Public Path Diversion Order Highways Act 1980 North Yorkshire County Council Public Footpath No. 10.69/14, Newton House, Huby Diversion Order 2022
The above Order, made on 16.09.22, under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 will divert the Public Footpath described below. Public Footpath No. 10.69/14. From SE 5672 6576 it runs in a general west direction to SE 5647 6579, will be diverted onto a new line from SE 5671 6574 and runs generally in a west, then north, then west direction to SE 5647 6579. The new route will be between 1.8 metres and 2 metres wide on a mixture of grass and compacted earth surfaces. A copy of the Order and the Order map may be seen free of charge during normal office hours at Easingwold Community Library, Market Place, Easingwold, until 18.11.22. Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to Suzanne Williamson at the above address not later than 18.11.22. Please state the grounds on which they are made. Please note that objections/representations cannot be treated as confidential and may come into the public domain. Temporary Prohibition of Traffic, B6270 Grinton to Downholme Road, Order 2022, No. 334
We intend to make this Order to prohibit any vehicle From using *B6270 Grinton to Downholme Road between a point adjacent to the cemetery in Grinton eastwards to its junction with Stainton Lane for a temporary period of 3 weeks (subject to access to premises) between 7/11/22 & 31/03/23, due to works. Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking, District of Hambleton, Amendment No. 37 Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that on 09/0922 North Yorkshire County Council made an Order in part, under Sections 1 (1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) & 35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act & under the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is to amend "North Yorkshire County Council (Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking) (District of Hambleton) Consolidation Order 2013" by introducing the restrictions specified below. Bedale, B6265 South End, North East from the northern property boundary of 13 South End, for a distance of 184m in a Southeast direction. Restriction of disc parking waiting limited to no longer than 2 hours between 8:00 and 18:00, Monday - Saturday. A copy of the Order, together with a map showing the roads affected and a statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at County Hall, Northallerton and at Bedale Library, Bedale Hall, DL8 1AA during normal office hours between 21/10/22 & 25/11/22 & also available to be viewed online at

If you wish to question the validity of the above Order or of any provision contained in it, on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or of any Instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks of 14/10/22 make application to the High Court for the purpose.
