Queens Road, Variation of Premises Licensing.

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Inventive Service Company Limited have applied to Southend-on-Sea City Council to vary the premises licence for Revolution, 8 Queens Road, Southend-on-Sea SS1 1LU as follows:
To amend condition 5 contained within Annex 2 of the existing premises conditions regarding door staff.
To allow the sale of alcohol and regulated entertainment to take place until 3am on Fridays and Saturdays plus 30 minutes dispersal.
To allow the provision of late night refreshments until 3:30am on Fridays and Saturdays.
There are no further changes.
Representations should be sent to the Licensing Authority, Southend-on-Sea City Council, Civic Centre (Floor 13), Victoria Avenue, Southend-on-Sea Essex SS2 6ZG or emailed to licact2003@southend.gov.uk by 9th November 2022.
Representations received after this date cannot be considered. A record of the application, and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council's office address given above, between 10.00am and 4.00pm on Mondays to Fridays. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. To do so could result in an unlimited fine.
