The County Council of Durham (Howlish View, Coundon) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2022

The Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all vehicular traffic from proceeding on 20 metres of Howlish View, Coundon, to the rear of properties 15 to 19 to enable sewer repair works to be undertaken. Throughout the period of closure, a diversion will be available to vehicular traffic via Front Howlish View. The maximum duration of the Order is 18 months. The proposed works are to commence on 7/11/22 from 8am and are anticipated to be completed in 5 days. On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly. Dated: 21st October 2022
