Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been made:

Application No. 36/22/00017:
Nether Stowey Village Hall, Lime Street, Nether Stowey, Bridgwater TA5 1NH. Outline application with all matters reserved, for the demolition of existing village hall & the erection of 6no. dwellings. This development may affect a public right of way.

Application No. 37/22/00042: Willstock Farm, Rhode Lane, Bridgwater TA6. Demolition of existing agricultural barn & erection of 1no. dwelling. This development may affect a public right of way.

Crown reduce height of two Limes (T1 & T2) by 2-3m (20%), reduce lateral branches by 1-2m & crown lift by 2-3m above ground level.
