Herefordshire Council Notice of Making

Notice is hereby given that Herefordshire Council made the PUBLIC FOOTPATH MM3, MUCH MARCLE (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2022 temporarily closing the said footpath at OS Grid Reference SO 6540 3370. The closure is required due to a damaged footbridge. There is no alternative route. Queries may be directed to

A copy of the order and plan may be seen at www.herefordshire.gov.uk The Order came into operation on 18 October 2022 and will continue in force for a period not exceeding six months (unless extended by the Secretary of State) or until any said works have been completed, (whichever is the earlier), or until determined by Herefordshire Council.
