Date, time and place of the Hearing
The Hearing will open at 10:00 on 02 November 2022 at Epsom & Ewell Borough Council, Town Hall, The Parade, Epsom, Surrey, KT18 5BY. The Council Chamber is reserved for two days at the Council offices, for the Hearing.
There is a public car park outside of the Council offices. There is disabled access into the Council offices, a lift to the Council Chamber and disabled toilets. Council Staff will be able to provide any assistance. The Inspector
