LAND ON THE EAST SIDE OF PANFIELD LANE, LAND ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF MURRAY CLOSE AND LAND ON THE WEST SIDE OF GLEBE AVENUE, BRAINTREE
Notice is hereby given that Braintree District Council intends to grant a 6 metre wide drainage easement to a developer affecting land on the east side of Panfield Lane, land on the south side of Murray Close and land on the west side of Glebe Avenue, Braintree having an area of 2430 square metres which consists of open space.
Objections to the intended easement must be made in writing and addressed to Kim Cole, Head of Governance, Braintree District Council, Causeway House, Bocking End, Braintree, Essex CM7 9HB or sent to governance@braintree.gov.uk by no later than 10 November 2022.
