Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey on 14th October 2022 has made the above mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended and introduce electrical vehicle charging points under section 16 of the London Local Authorities and Transport for London Act 2013, as amended.

The general effect of the Orders

would be to:-

1. introduce electric vehicles charging parking places at the locations set out in the Schedule to this notice. The bays will be available at any time for specific use of electric vehicle charging only,
   
   
   

   Please note: whilst there would be no charge to park in these parking places, a charge would be levied for the use of the electrical supply by the provider.

   
   
   
   
2. Make the following map based changes (no changes to be made on site);
   

1. Extend no waiting and loading at any time outside nos. 836/834 High Road, N17 by 1.9 metres
   

Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 15th November 2022.

Application to the high court:

Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it does not comply with the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made there under have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
