Public Notice of An Application For A Premises Licence
Under Section 17 of The Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that an application was made to Southampton City Council for a premises licence under the above Act on the 5th October 2022.
Applicant KNA Retail Ltd.
Address of premises: Chapel Riverside Stores, Unit 1, Trinity Court, Old Mill Lane, Southampton SO14 5BW. Proposed licensable activities: The supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises and the provision of recorded music.
Proposed days and hours of licensable activity: Every day supply of alcohol 06:00 - 23:00. Recorded music 06:00 - 08:00.
The postal address of the Licensing Authority where the register is kept and the application may be inspected between 09:00-12:00 or 14:00-16:00 weekdays or on the internet at www.southamton.gov.uk/la03register is; "Licensing Office, Southampton City Council, Civic Centre, Southampton SO14 7LY.
Any person wishing to make representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the nature and grounds for making such representations to The Licensing Officer at the above address* or by email to licensing@southampton.gov.uk within 28 days of the date of this notice - by the 2nd November 2022

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application, and the maximum fine on summary conviction of such an offence is not limited.
