(Bettisfield, Wrexham)(30 MPH Speed Limit) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that on 11.10.22 Wrexham County Borough Council made the above Order the effect of which will be that no person shall drive any motor vehicle or motor cycle at speeds exceeding 30mph on the lengths of road specified in Schedule 1 to this Notice.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order you may, within 6 weeks from 14.10.22 apply to the High Court for this purpose. Schedule 1 - Lane from Avenue Farm to Bettisfield Hall Farm and road from Cambrian View to Back Station Road, Bettisfield - from 1136m south of the junction with A495 for 905m in a southerly direction; Cadney Lane
