Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to the licensing authority of Fareham Borough Council for a premises licence under section 17 of the licensing act 2003

For the supply of alcohol seven days a week (apart from Christmas day) between the hours of; Monday Saturday 11:00-22:45 Sunday 11:00-21:45
For the performance of live amplified music, both indoors and outdoors, on a maximum of twelve calendar days per year.
Indoor hours: Monday Thursday 11:00-20:00 Friday Saturday 11:00:22:00 Sunday 11:00-20:00
Outdoor Hours Monday Thursday 11:00-20:00 Friday Saturday 11:00-20:00 Sunday 11:00-20:00
For the playing of recorded music indoors seven days a week (apart from Christmas day) between the hours of; Monday Saturday 11:00-23:00 Sunday 11:00-22:30
For the playing of amplified recorded music outdoors seven days a week (apart from Christmas day) between the hours of 11:00 and 20:00 hours. Amplified music outdoors to be restricted to twelve calendar days per year.

A copy of the statutory register may be inspected during normal office hours at the address shown below.

Any responsible authority or interested party wishing to make representations on this matter must submit those representations in writing to: the Licensing Officer, Fareham Borough Council, Civic Offices, Civic Way, Fareham, PO16 7AZ by no later than 28 days from the date of this notice. The closing date for representations is: friday 11th november 2022

Any representations will be notified to the applicant and will be considered by the licensing authority.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Such an offence is liable to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5,000).
