Application has been made by Aldi Stores Limited to the Licensing Authority of Southampton City Council for a Premises Licence for the Aldi Store at Auckland Road, Millbrook, Southampton, SO15 0SD.

The proposed licensable activity is the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises each day of the week between 06:00 and 00m

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is Level 5.
