APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE (Section 17)

Notice is hereby given that B & M Retail Limited has applied to Dorset Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of B & M Store, Unit 2, 6 Souter Way, Weymouth DT3 5FU to allow off sales of alcohol and opening hours from 07:00 to 23:00 7 days a week.

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, The Licensing Section, Dorset Council, County Hall, Colliton Park, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1XJ within 28 days from the date of this notice by no later than 8 November 2022. The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the above address, or online at www. dorsetcouncil.gov.uk

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction tor the offence is a fine which is currently unlimited.
