Park Place and Lovers Loan, Dollar (Temporary Prohibition of Driving, Parking and Loading) Order 2022
The Council has made "The Clackmannanshire Council (Park Place and Lovers Loan, Dollar) (Temporary Prohibition of Driving, Parking and Loading) Order 2022, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 22nd September 2022: where there will be a temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading at Park Place, Dollar (for its entirety, a distance of 230 metres or thereby; Lovers Loan, Dollar (for its entirety, a distance of440 metres or thereby) (only to be closed in the event of an emergency). Diversion route: Via Lovers Loan and vice versa. The order runs from 1730 hours until 2000 hours on Saturday 5th November 2022 (contingency is Sunday 6th November 2022 and Saturday 12th November 2022). The works are necessary for public safety during the Fireworks display. Access will be maintained for residents, emergency services and pedestrians.
Various Streets, Alloa (Temporary Prohibition of Driving, Parking and Loading) Order 2022
The Council has made "The Clackmannanshire Council (Various Streets, Alloa) (Temporary Prohibition of Driving, Parking and Loading) Order 2022, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 3rd October 2022: where there will be a temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading at Grange Road, Alloa (From its junction with Ludgate westwards until its junction with Grant Street, for a distance of485 metres or thereby), Glasshouse Loan, Alloa (Both Sides - From its junction with Ludgate roundabout southwards from a distance of 435 metres or thereby). Diversion: Via Grant Street, Caledonian Road, Glasshouse Loan, Castle Street, Broad Street, Greenside Street, Auld Brig Road and vice versa. The order runs from 1600 hours until 2100 hours on Saturday 5th November 2022 and Sunday 6th November 2022 (if necessary). The works are necessary for public safety during the Fireworks display. Access will be maintained for residents, emergency services and pedestrians.
A907 Stirling Road, Alloa (Temporary No Waiting or Loading) Order 2022
The Council has made "The Clackmannanshire Council (A907 Stirling Road, Alloa) (Temporary No Waiting or Loading) Order 2022, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 3rd October 2022: to where there will be no waiting or loading at A907 Stirling Road, Alloa (Both Sides - from its junction with Alexandra Drive northwards for a distance of 310 metres or thereby). The order runs from 1600 hours until 2100 hours on Saturday 5th November 2022 and Sunday 6th November 2022 (if required). The works are necessary for public safety during the Fireworks display. Access will be maintained for residents via Grant Street, emergency services via Ludgate and pedestrians.
Mill Street, Alloa (Temporary Parking Suspension) Order 2022
The Council has made "The Clackmannanshire Council (Mill Street, Alloa) (Temporary Parking Suspension) Order 2022", under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 4th October 2022: to suspend parking at Mill Street, Alloa - North West Side - from a point 14 metres northeast of its junction with High Street, north eastwards for a distance of 55 metres or thereby; Mill Street, Alloa - South East Side - from a point 14 metres northeast of its junction with High Street, north eastwards for a distance of 30 metres or thereby. The order runs from 0800 hours until 1700 hours on Sunday 6th November 2022. The order is required to facilitate pole replacement by BT.
Lower Cobden Street, Alva (Stopping-Up) Order 2022
The Council has made the above Order under Section 68(1) (a) of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 to stop-up a section of Lower Cobden Street, Alva as it is required to increase safety for pedestrians due to the new layout on A91 Stirling Street. Local residents have indicated support for this permanent closure as it has been temporarily closed during the upgrade works on A91 Stirling Street. The road will be removed from the list of adopted roads. Schedule - Section of road over which the stopping up order applies.: Lower Cobden Street, Alva -From its junction with A91 Stirling Street southwards for a distance of 25 metres or thereby. Alternative Route: ViaA91, Queen Street, Johnstone Street and vice versa. Anyone wishing to question the validity of any of the provisions within this order should write to the Court of Session within six weeks of 19/10/22.
Various Roads, Coalsnaughton (20 Mph Speed Limit) (Amendment No. 1) Order 2022
The Council has made the above Order under Section 84(1) and (2) and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which will amend "The Clackmannanshire Council (Various Roads, Coalsnaughton) (20 MPH Speed Limit) Order 2015 "to add sections of road as set out in the Schedule as these roads are being re-designated to a 20 mph limit. Schedule: B9140 Coalsnaughton - Wardlaw Street (From a point 10 metres west of its junction with Gartinny east entrance, eastwards until its junction with Main Street, a distance of 175 metres or thereby); and Ramsay Street (From its junction with Main Street eastwards until a point 40 metres east of its junction with Sheardale Drive, a distance of 295 metres or thereby). The 20 mph speed limit is considered necessary to ensure that traffic speeds are limited to a speed compatible with the local environment. Anyone wishing to question the validity of any of the provisions within this order should write to the Court of Session within six weeks of 19/10/22.
Various Roads, Pool of Muckhart (20 Mph Speed Limit) (Amendment No. 1) Order 2022
The Council has made the above Order under Section 84(1) and (2) and Part TV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which will amend "The Clackmannanshire Council (Various Roads, Pool of Muckhart) (20 MPH Speed Limit) Order 2011 " to add sections of road as set out in the Schedule as these roads are being re-designated to a 20 mph limit. Schedule: Pool of Muckhart -A91 Dollar to Yetts O'Muckhart (From a point 45 metres northeast of its junction with School Road northwards until a point 25 metres northeast of Manse Road, a distance of 255 metres or thereby). The 20 mph speed limit is considered necessary to ensure that traffic speeds are limited to a speed compatible with the local environment. Anyone wishing to question the validity of any of the provisions within this order should write to the Court of Session within six weeks of 19/10/22.
