This is an application to vary the layout and design of the premises in accordance with the submitted plan. The onf/ change is a conversion of a current store room into a bar servery with a hatch opening in to the current garden area. To add the following conditions to the premises licence: The garden bar will be supervised at all times when in use.The garden bar will be inaccessible to customers when not in use to ensure they do not have access to any alcohol.The opening hours and licensable activities authorised by die premises licence are to remain unaltered.
