Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council is seeking planning permission for Construction of a new 2 Form Entry (420 place), two-storey Primary School and Early Years Facility including parking, a Multi-Use Games Area, soft play areas and ancillary development at Land allocated for a new primary school under Land South of Limebrook Way and East of Maldon Wick, Maldon, Essex - CC/MAL/95/22
Footpath 8 (Maldon) may be affected by the proposal.

Consultation on this application is open until 31 October 2022.
