Notice of Temporary Traffic Order
Wolvercote, Elmthorpe Road Prohibition of Through Traffic
Date of Order: 17/10/2022 Coming into force: 24/10/2022 This Order is being introduced because of resurfacing works which are anticipated to take 19 days to complete. The effect of the Order is to temporarily prohibit any vehicle proceeding in Elmthorpe Road. Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force. Exemptions are included for emergency services and for the works and for access to premises which are only accessible from the closed section of road. This Order will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner. (Ref: T10805/RMF)

Headington, Old High Street Prohibition of Through Traffic
Date of Order: 7 November 2022 Coming into force: 14 November 2022 This Order is being introduced because of carriageway resurfacing works which are anticipated to be completed 25 November 2022. The effect of the Order is to temporarily (in stages) prohibit any vehicle using the whole length of Old High Street. Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force. Exemptions are included for emergency services and for the works and for access to premises and the Car Park which are only accessible from the closed section of road. The alternative route for traffic is via London Road, Barton Road, Barton Lane and vice versa. This Order will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner. (Ref: T10831/AC)

Milton (Abingdon) Pembroke Lane Prohibition of Through Traffic
Date of Order: 7 November 2022 Coming into force: 16 November 2022 This Order is being introduced because of fibre optic cable installation which is anticipated to be completed 1 December 2022. The effect of the Order is to temporarily prohibit any vehicle proceeding in the whole length of Pembroke Lane east if High Street. Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force. Exemptions are included for emergency services and for the works and for access to premises which are only accessible from the closed section of road. The alternative route for traffic is via High Street, School Lane, Old Moor and vice versa. This Order will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner. (Ref: T10689/AC)
