TO :WHOM IT MAY CONCERN I Emad Abdolkhani do hereby give notice that it is my intention to apply to Brighton & Hove City Council for the variation of a premises licence to use or permit the use of premises known as Persia, 126/126a Church Road, Hove BN3 2EA for the following proposed variation which it is proposed will be carried on, on or from the premises: To remove condition 5 of annex 2; To supply a new layout plan to include the first floor of the premises; To amend opening & licensable activity hours – Opening hours 09:00-00:00 Monday to Sunday; Retail sale of alcohol 11:00-23:30 Monday to Sunday. Add Late Night Refreshments – 23:00-00:00 Monday to Sunday. Any person who desires to make a representation to the variation should send to EHL.safety@brighton-hove.gov.uk or Regulatory Services Manager, Regulatory Services, Environmental Health and Licensing, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN1 1JP no later than 9th November 2022 a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection.
