The County Of Cumbria (Footpath No.409011 In The Parish Of Gosforth) (Temporary Prohibition Of Pedestrians) Order 2022

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Order made by Cumbria County Council on 19 April 2022, which became operative on 25 April 2022, to enable NDA (Nuclear Commissioning Authorities) Properties Ltd to carry out the demolition of existing farm buildings at Fleming Hall and to construct new buildings ("the Works") and which would otherwise expire on 25 October 2022
: has been continued in force with the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport until 25 April 2023.
The effect of the Order is to prohibit pedestrians from proceeding along that section of Footpath No.409011 at Fleming Hall in the Parish of Gosforth between Grid Ref: 304984 503277 and Grid Ref: 305056 503095.

If the works have not been completed within the extension period, the Order may be extended for a further period with the approval of the appropriate Minister.
