The Richards Family Estate Limited give notice that we have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Saint Sithney Unit 1B Nancegollan Industrial Estate, Nancegollan, Helston TR13 0BN

The application is to authorise the online sales of alcohol 24 hours daily

A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Team West Cornwall Council D.91C.Palh Avenue Camborne TR14 8SX or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 19 October 2022

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000
