NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Pho Trading Limited has applied to BCP Council for a variation of the premises licence for Pho (formerly XOXO) 23-27 Bourne Avenue, Bournemouth BH2 6DT as follows:
To remove and replace condition 2.1 in relation to door staff.
To amend condition 2.9 in relation to availability of food.
To remove condition 2.9.1 in relation to consumption of food off the premises.
To remove live and recorded music as licensable activities and consequently remove conditions 3.1 - 3.3.
To remove condition 3.4 in relation to non-glass containers.
To vary the layout of the premises in accordance with the plans submitted with the application.
