London Borough Of Sutton Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1)

1. The Council of the London Borough of Sutton hereby gives notice that in order to prohibit dangerous parking it intends to make an Order the effect of which is summarised in paragraph 3 below.

2. The Order will come into effect on Monday 31 October 2022 and will remain in force for 18 months.

3. The Order will temporarily introduce no waiting 'at any time' and loading restrictions - no loading 'at any time' for those areas

of parking and loading bays and where any single yellow line restriction exists in the following lengths of road;
* Bath House Road from the eastern kerb-line of Beddington Lane eastwards for a distance of 33.25 metres;

* Beddington Lane (south-west side) from a point 8.8 metres north-west of the common boundary of Nos. 91 and 93 Beddington Lane south-eastwards for a distance of 151.9 metres, and

* from a point 30.75 north-west of the north-western kerb-line of the entrance to the bus depot to a point 8.5 metres north of the northern property boundary of No 71 Beddington Lane;

* Beddington Lane (north-east side) from a point 79.3 metres north-west of the north-western kerb-line of Greenland Way to a point 29.9 metres south-east of the south-eastern kerb-line of Greenland Way, and

* from a point 30.75 north-west of the north-western kerb-line of the entrance to the bus depot to a point 8.5 metres north of the northern property boundary of No 71 Beddington Lane;

* Greenland Way (north-west side) from the north-eastern kerb-line of Beddington Lane north-eastwards for a distance of 36.5 metres, and

* on its south-eastern side from the north-eastern kerb-line of Beddington Lane north-eastwards for a distance of 37.8 metres

4. The prohibitions specified above apply only during such times and to such extent as indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
