Licensing Act 2003 Notice Of Application For A Premises Licence Under Section 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 6th October 2022 Wm Morrison Supermarkets Limited applied to Darlington Borough Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Morrisons Store and Petrol Filling Station, 97 North Road, Darlington DL1 2PY. The proposed licensable activities are- 1. The supply of alcohol from 06.00 to 24.00 Mondays to Sundays. 2. The provision of late-night refreshment from 23.00 to 24.00 Mondays to Sundays.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- The Licensing Manager, Darlington Borough Council, Town Hall, Feethams, Darlington DL1 5QT (

) no later than the 3rd November 2022 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Darlington Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the above Council address during normal office hours Monday to Friday. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
