NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is given that David Huw Evans has applied to Bournemouth Borough Council for a variation to their premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 in relation to: Southbourne Bowling Club, Seafield Gardens, Guildhill Road, Southbourne, Bournemouth, BH6 3EX.

They propose to vary the following licensable activities which will be provided during the following times and start the 1st day of October 2013.

Activities:- Supply of Alcohol Hours:- Monday to Saturday From 10.00hrs. To 22.30hrs Sunday From 12.00hrs. To 21.30hrs

Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is up to £5000 (level 5 on the standard scale).
