The A168 Trunk Road (Thirsk) (Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that National Highways Limited intends to make an Order on the A168 Trunk Road, in North Yorkshire, to enable local authority works to be carried out in safety. The works are expected to start at 9pm on Monday 7 November 2022 for 4 nights or until completed and will take place between 9pm and 5am.
The effect of the Order will be to close, at times during the works, the A168 southbound entry slip road at Thirsk. During the closure a suitably signed alternative route will be available at all times. Traffic signs will indicate the extent of the prohibition (which will not apply to emergency service vehicles or vehicles being used in connection with the said works or for winter maintenance or traffic officer purposes).
