Bradford, Stopping Up of the Highway

The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highways (Yorkshire & Humber) (No. 28) Order 2022" authorising the stopping up of a network of highways bounded by Ripley Street to its north, Bowling Old Lane to its west and Spring Mill Street to its east, at Bradford in the Metropolitan District of Bradford to enable development as permitted by the City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council under reference 21/04368/MAF.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or

(quoting NATTRAN/Y&H/S247/5117). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at West Bowling Post Office, 94-96 Gaythorne Road, Bradford BD5 8AY

Any person aggrieved by or desiring to question the validity of or any provision within the Order, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement or regulation made has not been complied with, may, within 6 weeks of 13 October 2022 apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision included.
