LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Lucky Bean Ltd has applied to Brighton & Hove City Council on 10 October 2022 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Brighton Dome Cafe & Restaurant, Church St, Brighton BN1 1UE for the provision of late night refreshment from 23:00 to 00:00 Monday to Sunday, and the sale by retail of alcohol from 10:00 to 00:00 Monday to Sunday, plus seasonal variations, as more particularly set out in the application.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
