NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT.....Ruth and Ben Waters has applied
to West Dorset District Council for a new club/premises licence in respect of Watercombe House, Watercombe, Dorchester, DT2 8HJ for regulated entertainment and the provision of alcohol and late night refreshment generally between the hours of 11am till 2am 365 days a year. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, The Licensing Section, West Dorset District Council, c/o North Quay Offices, Weymouth, Dorset, DT4 8TA within 28 days from the date of this notice. The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the above address. It is offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
