NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, have, under its relevant powers, made the following Order: C1117 From Pencombe To Gasbage, Pencombe, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the C1117 From Pencombe To Gasbage, Pencombe, between Orchard Dene and Loden View. Grid Ref: 360005 / 252665. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via the C1114 onto the C1115 onto the A417 onto the C1118 and vice versa.

The said closure is required due to defect remedial works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 24th of October 2022 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 5 days.
