Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited in respect of Premises known as One Kew Road, 1 Kew Road, Richmond, TW9 2NQ applied to Regulatory Services Partnership (Richmond) for a Variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is to vary the premises licence to permit off sales from the premises for collection or delivery; to require a risk assessment to be prepared for the use of door staff in certain circumstances; to remove conditions requiring the premises to trade predominantly as a restaurant, preventing live music and limiting the numbers of non-dining customers on the ground floor; and to add conditions regarding the adoption of a dispersal policy and staff training. All other licensable activities and the hours for licensable activities to remain as existing.

or by post to The Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Richmond), Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, SM4 5DX, no later than 7th November 2022 stating the grounds for represen -tation. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
