Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Fuller, Smith & Turner PTc in respect of Premises known as Princes Head, 28 The Green, Richmond,TW9 1LX applied to Regulatory Services Partnership (Richmond) for a Variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is: To vary the layout of the premises in accordance with plans supplied by the applicant to include a bar on the plan in the external area and permit the use of the bar for off sales of alcohol between midday and 21:00 7 days a week. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by The Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Richmond), Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, SM4 5DX or by e-mail

licensing@merton.gov.uk

no later than 1st November 2022 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Regulatory Services Partnership (Richmond) and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website -

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
