The North Ayrshire Council (A760 Haylie Brae. Largs) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2022

The North Ayrshire Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Schedule 1 of the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Order:-

Temporary Road Closure
1. A760 Haylie Brae, Largs, from Junction with A78 Irvine Road to hairpin bend section

2. The Order will come into operation, 09:00 hours until 17:00 hours each day, from Monday 24th October until Friday 11th November 2022 or until such date as the works are completed, whichever is the earlier.

3. No person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven any motor vehicle (with the exception of emergency vehicles, and contractual vehicles (carrying out the works) on the road(s) described at paragraph 1 above during the period specified at paragraph 2 above, by reason of carriageway resurfacing works to be executed on or near the public road.
