Notice of Application for Premises Licence
We, Brothers UK Ltd (Crown Mexican and Fast-Food Takeaway) hereby make application for a Premises Licence in respect of 206 London Road, Southend-On - Sea, Essex, SS1 1PJ.
The relevant licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on are 'Late night refreshment' starting from 11pm to 5am, Monday to Sunday.
Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Southend-on-Sea City Council). All such representations shall be made in writing within 28 days of this Notice which date will be ended on 9/11/2022. Representations should be sent to the Licensing Authority, Southend-on-Sea City Council, Civic Centre (Floor 13), Victoria Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS2 6ZG or emailed to licact2003@southend.gov.uk A record of the application, and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council's office address given above, between 10.00am and 4.00pm on Mondays to Fridays. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is level 5 on the standard scale.
