(U747, Cumnock) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2022

On 11/10/22 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, to allow ducting works to be carried out.

The Order commences on Monday 17th October 2022 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 8:00am Monday 17th October until 06.00am on Wednesday 26th October 2022 and the Order will be implemented only when appropriate signs are displayed

Vehicular access for residents/owners/occupiers within the closure will be permitted to and from their properties.
Emergency Services access will not be affected and for residents, deliveries and pedestrians' out-with the working zone, access will be maintained.
Alternative Route: Glaisnock Road, A76 Dumfries Road, U747 and vice versa

On 11/10/22 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, to allow Subducting works to be carried out.

U721 from 300m east of Laigh Glenmuir Eastwards to Glenview Cottage

The Order commences on Tuesday 18th October 2022 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 08:00hrs Tuesday 18th October until 18:00hrs on Thursday 27th October 2022 between 08.00 to 18.00 hours each day and the Order will be implemented only when appropriate signs are displayed.

Emergency Services access will not be affected and for residents, deliveries and pedestrians' out-with the working zone, access will be maintained.
