Associated landscaping and parking.
A/22/94208/FULL Fairhouse Barn Pocket Nook Lane Lowton Warrington Erection of 2 detached dwellinghouses with access thereto, together with the erection of a detached double garage for use in connection with existing dwellinghouse, following demolition of existing buildings.
Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to Wigan Council for the above works which the Council considers would affect the setting of a listed building. MAJ - Major Development
