Notice is hereby given that, SLAM Community Development Trust, have applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as SPECTRUM LEISURE COMPLEX, HUNWICK LANE, WILLINGTON, CROOK, CO DURHAM, DL15 0JA. A variation is sought to:- Add plays, films, boxing or wrestling entertainment and any similar entertainment to the current licence. To extend the hours for recorded music from 06.00 to 23.00 Sunday to Thursday inclusive, 06.00 to 23.45 Friday and Saturday. To add the sale of alcohol from 10.00 to 23.00 Monday to Thursday inclusive, 10.00 to 00.00 Friday and Saturday and 11.00 to 22.00 Sunday. Also to add late night refreshment from 23.00 to 00.00 Friday and Saturday.The full application can be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Authority, Annand House, St Johns Road, Meadowfield, Durham. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
