PRE - APPLICATION COMMUNITY CONSULTATION

Development proposal comprises of;

Proposed development of new Lisnaskea Health & Care Centre, car parking and associated site works, access arrangements and other associated operational development
Located at; Lands at the former Lisnaskea High School site, Moorlough Road, Lisnaskea.

How information may be obtained concerning the proposed development?
A public consultation event will be taking place at Castle Park Leisure Centre (1 Killypaddy Road, Lisoneill, BT92 OJJ), on Wednesday the 26th of October 2022. This will include two sessions 1 pm - 3:30pm and 5pm - 7pm

An online consultation event will take place from 4pm - 5pm on Wednesday the 26th of October 2022 through an online conferencing platform Zoom or Microsoft Teams. If you wish to attend this online event, please contact us via email:

The consultation period will formally conclude on Friday the 4th of November 2022 to allow the project team to review the feedback received and incorporate this into the planning application.
Please note that this notice does not relate to a submitted planning application, therefore comments should not be made to Fermanagh and Omagh District Council at this time. Any comments made to the applicant are not representations to the planning authority. When the planning application is subsequently submitted to Fermanagh and Omagh District Council (after the pre-application community consultation phase), normal neighbourhood notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time, and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations to the Council regarding the proposal.
