Herefordshire Council Notice of Continuation

Notice is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, made the PUBLIC FOOTPATH MD17, MUCH DEWCHURCH (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2021 temporarily closing the said footpath from OS Grid Reference SO 4608 2838 to 4616 2838. The closure is required due to a damaged footbridge. There is no alternative route. Queries may be directed to

The Order continues in force from 14 October 2022 for a period not exceeding 12 months (unless extended by the Secretary of State) or until any said works have been completed, (whichever is the earlier), or until determined by Herefordshire Council.
