Etnam Street, Temporary Parking Restriction

Herefordshire Council Notice of Intention

NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, intend, under its relevant powers, to make the following Order: C1105 Etnam Street, Temporary Parking Restriction Order to temporarily prohibit vehicles from parking outside numbers 73 to 87 and 63 to outside Waverley House.

The said restriction is required due to installation of concrete support barriers and to allow traffic to continue to use said road whilst maintaining a safe working zone while the barriers are in place. The said restriction will come into force on the 7th November 2022 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 19 days.
