THE SURREY COUNTY COUNCIL D2237 Kendor Avenue, Epsom Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2022
On 12 October 2022 Surrey County Council made the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of D2237 Kendor Avenue, Epsom that extends from the southeastern property boundary of "No.32 Kendor Avenue", to its junction with D2418 Upper Court Road. This Traffic Order is required to enable SQS to carry out service pipe repair and/ or maintenance works in that length of D2237 Kendor Avenue, Epsom that extends outside "No.48 Kendor Avenue". These works are anticipated to be carried out between the hours of 7am and 7pm within 6 days of the 12 month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 26 October 2022. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure which is anticipated to be required for 24 hours each day will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for emergency services, residents, businesses, pedestrians, cyclists and equestrians will be maintained up to the point of works outside "No.48 Kendor Avenue at all times via the vehicular diversion route: - Upper Court Road, Manor Green Road and Kendor Avenue.
