Notice of Confirmation of an Order Town & Country Planning Act 1990 Section 257 Public Path Diversion Order 2022 Footpath 4 Nazeing

The above order, confirmed on 11th July 2022 under section 257 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 will divert part of Footpath 4 Nazeing in the District of Epping Forest to enable development to be carried out in accordance with planning permission granted under the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, namely: Planning Application EPF/2412/20, construction of glass houses, access road and associated infrastructure located north of Hoe Lane, Nazeing, Essex. Copies of the order and order map have also been sent to Nazeing Parish Council and Epping Forest District Council.

This Order comes into force on the date on which Essex County Council on behalf of Epping Forest District Council certify that the terms of Article 2 of the Order have been complied with but if a person aggrieved by the order wants to question its validity or that of any provision contained in it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Act, or on the ground that any requirement of the Act or of any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the Order he or she may apply to the High Court for any of these purposes under section 287 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 within 6 weeks from 13th October 2022, on which notice is first published as required by paragraph 8 of Schedule 14 to that Act.
Certificate of Order Coming into Force
In accordance with s257 paragraph 8 of schedule 14 to the above Act notice is hereby given that on 7th October 2022 Essex County Council on behalf of Epping Forest District Council certified that the replacement right of way required under the terms of the above order have been created to its reasonable satisfaction. The order has now taken effect.
