DARLINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL (PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND LOADING) CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2012 (AMENDMENT NO. 9) AND (ON STREET PARKING PLACES) CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2012 (AMENDMENT NO. 3) ORDER 2016
Notice is hereby given that Darlington Borough Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1, 2,4, 32, 35, 45,46,47,49 and 53 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of the Traffic Management Act 2004. The effect of the Order will be as follows:-
1. ToamendthelengthsofroadaffectedbytheNoStoppingonSchool Entrance Markings Mon-Fri 8am-4pm at Hopelands, Heighington and Rydal Road

2. To amend the length of Tubwell Row affected by the No Waiting and No Loading/Unloading at any time restriction and to extend the Loading Bay Mon-SatinTubwellRow

3. To amend the lengths ofHopelands Courtand Redworth Road, HeighingtonaffectedbytheNoWaitingandNoLoading/Unloading Mon-Fri8.30am-9.15amand2.45pm-3.45pmrestrictionandtointroduce thatrestriction in partofHopelands

4. To introduce No waiting and No Loading/Unloading Mon-Fri 8am-4pm in part ofRydal Road

5. To amend the lengths of Grange Road West Back and Tannery Yard affected bytheNoWaiting atanytimerestrictionandtointroducethat restriction in parts ofthe following roads:-

Aysgarth Road, B6275 between 2 junctions of A67, Baxby Terrace, Belgrave Terrace, Bishop Close, Blackwell, Bylands Way, Clifton Avenue, Cockerton Green, Dunelm Walk, Eggleston View, Falmer Road, Faverdale North, Faverdale West, Fulthorpe Avenue, Grasmere Road, Greenmount Road,HarewoodTerrace,HarrisStreet,HeslopDrive,HurworthRoad, Kingsbury Mews, Langdale Road, Loraine Crescent, Lynton Gardens, Milbank Road, Newton Lane, Park Lane, Parkside, Prior Street, Quaker Lane, Redworth Road, Ridgeway, Rydal Road, Stooperdale Avenue, Summerhouse Back Lane, The Green, Piercebridge, Thirlmere Road, ValleyStreetNorth,WelbeckAvenue,WoodlandTerraceandYiewsley Drive

7. Toamend thelength ofHarewood Terrace affected by2 hourlimited waiting Mon-Sat9am-5pm
