(C2124 Great Comberton To Little Comberton, Great Comberton) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Order made: to close that part of C2124 Great Comberton To Little Comberton from its junction with C2008 Pershore Road to its junction with C2007 Pershore Road. Reason: Duct Clearance by Airband.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2124 Great Comberton To Little Comberton, C2007 Main Road, C2007 Goodleigh Hill, C2007 Pensham Hill, B4084 Bridge Street, B4084 Hight Street, A4104 Three Springs Road, A4104 Defford Road, B4080 Eckington Road, C2008 Hollands Road, C2008 Back Lane to Pershore Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 13 October 2022.

(C2223 Bricklehampton to B4084 Evesham Road, Bricklehampton) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Order made: to close that part of C2223 Bricklehampton to B4084 Evesham Road from its junction with U46607 New Road for a distance of 310 metres in a West North Westerly direction. Reason: Pole placement by Airband.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U46607 New Road, C2007 Little Comberton to Elmley Castle, C2223 Bricklehampton to B4084 Evesham Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days Commencing: 17 October 2022.

(C2116 Elmley Castle to Ashton Under Hill, Hinton On The Green) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Proposed Order: to close that part of C2116 Elmley Castle to Ashton Under Hill from the entrance to Bridle way 561(B) for a distance of 1,870 metres in a Southerly direction.
Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2116 Elmley Castle to Ashton Under Hill, C2116 Main Street, C2007 Netherton Lane, C2007 Netherton Lane to Haselor Lane, C2007 Haselor Lane to Hinton Cross, A46 Cheltenham Road (National Highways), C2116 The Groaten, C2116 Elmley Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 12 days Commencing: 3 November 2022.

(U44208 Field Barn Lane, Cropthorne) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Proposed Order: to close that part of U44208 Field Barn Lane from its junction with B4084 Pershore Road to its junction with U44212 Blacksmiths Lane. Reason: Carriageway patching by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: B4084 Pershore Road, C2022 Brook Lane, U44212 Blacksmiths Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days Commencing: 7 November 2022.

(U44522 Castle Street, Evesham) (Temporary Closure) and The County of Worcester Traffic Regulation (Evesham) No.2 Order 1951 (Temporary Suspension) Order 2022

Proposed Order: to close that part of U44522 Castle Street from its junction with B4035 Port Street for a distance of 85 metres in a Northerly direction and temporarily suspend The County of Worcester Traffic Regulation (Evesham) No.2 Order 1951, during works to facilitate two-way traffic.
Reason: Sewer connection to new development (Nailers Row) by AG Redman & Son Ltd.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: B4035 Port Street, U44524 Burford Road, U44523 Lower Leys, U44522 Castle Street and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days Commencing: 7 November 2022.

(District of Wychavon - Evesham) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2004 (Variation) Order 2022 (Prohibition of Waiting on Fairfield Road, Evesham)

On 29 September 2022 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following side and length of road in Evesham: -
Fairfield Road (Both sides): From a point 30 metres southwest of its junction with Battleton Road for a distance of 12 metres in a south westerly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.

The Order will come into operation on 20 October 2022.
