(U12241 Cathedral Avenue, Kidderminster) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Proposed Order: to close that part of U12241
Cathedral Avenue from its junction with U12207
Canterbury Road to its junction with U12207
Canterbury Road.
Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U12207 Canterbury Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:
12 days Commencing: 7 November 2022.

(C2024 Pensax, Pensax) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Order made: to close that part of C2024 Pensax from its junction with B4202 Pensax to its junction with C2192 Pensax Common.
Reason: Replace existing BT pole by HSC Worcester Ltd.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: B4202 Pensax, B4202 Clows Top
Road, C2230 The Common, A443 Stockton Road,
C2024 Stockton and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:
1 day Commencing: 17 October 2022.

(C2172 Wilden Lane, Kidderminster) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Order made: to close that part of C2172 Wilden Lane
from its junction with A449 Hoobrook Roundabout
to its junction with U11319 Bigbury Lane.
Reason: Carriageway patching by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises
fronting the highway affected where there is no
other form of access; and to allow the works to be
undertaken.
Alternative route: C2175 Wilden Lane, B4193 Hartlebury Road, B4193 Rectory Lane, A449 Worcester Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:
13 days Commencing: 17 October 2022.

(Wyre Forest District - Kidderminster area) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2007 (Variation) Order 2022 (Prohibition Of Waiting on Crane Street Kidderminster)

On 29 September 2022 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to Prohibit Waiting At Any Time on the following
lengths and sides of roads in Kidderminster:-Crane Street (East side): from its junction with Habberley Street for a distance of 10m in a northerly direction and 10m in a southerly direction. Habberley Street (South side): From Crane Street, for a distance of 4m in a north easterly direction. Habberley Street (North side): From Crane Street, for a distance of 4m, in a north easterly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 20 October 2022.

(U12414 Turton Street, Kidderminster) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Proposed Order: to close that part of U12414 Turton Street from its junction with U12415 Highfield Road to its junction with U12401 Hurcott Road. Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U12415 Highfield Road, U12416 Batham Road, U12401 Hurcott Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 12 days Commencing: 7 November 2022.
