Holtwhites Hill EN2 & Wilbury Way Area N18 -Temporary Restriction Of Traffic

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in order to facilitate essential carriageway works on Holtwhites Hill EN2 & Wilbury Way N18, the Council of the London Borough of Enfield propose to make the Enfield (Holtwhites Hill EN2 & Wilbury Way Area N18) (Temporary Restriction of Traffic) Order 2022 under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

2. The effect of the Order would be to temporarily restrict traffic from entering and proceeding & waiting and loading, as and when directed by traffic signs, from as detailed in the streets specified in column 1 of the Schedule to this Notice.

3. The prohibitions referred to in paragraph 2 above would not apply to works vehicles or, if the works allow, to police or emergency services' vehicles.

4. The prohibitions would operate during the times and on the dates specified in column 2 of the Schedule in each case and would continue until the works are completed.

5. Whilst the prohibitions are in force, the alternative routes for diverted vehicles would be as stated in column 3 in each case. Access would be maintained for residents only as far as the works allow.

Coming into Operation
27 October 2022 for 2 nights or until works are complete.
Diversion Route
Chase Side EN2, Gordon Hill EN2, Lavender Hill EN2 and Holtwhites Hill EN2.

Coming into operation
24 October 2022 between 9.30 am and 3.30pm for 3 days or until works are complete; and

between 9.30 am and 3.30pm for 3 or until works are complete

Westbound: Bridport Road, Gloucester Road, Sterling Way North Circular Road, Great Cambridge Road and Wilbury Way
Eastbound: Wilbury Way, Great Cambrige Road, White Hart Lane, Crieghton Rd, Pretoria Road, Pretoria Road North Shaftesbury Road and Bridport Road
