Temporary Restriction Of Waiting 'At Any Time'

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because of the likelihood of danger to public safety caused by obstructive parking in Warwick Road EN3, the Council of the London Borough of Enfield have made the Enfield (Warwick Road EN3) (No. 1) (Temporary Restriction of Waiting) Order 2022 under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

2. The effect of the Order will be to temporarily restrict waiting by vehicles at any time in:

Warwick Road EN3
(a) The east side, between a point 9.5 metres south of the southern kerb-line of Ordnance Road and a point 1.3 metres south of a point opposite the common boundary of Nos. 1 and 3 Warwick Road; and

(b) The west side, between a point 6 metres south of the southern kerb-line of Ordnance Road and a point 1.3 metres south of the common boundary of Nos. 1 and 3 Warwick Road.

4. The restriction of waiting will come into force on 17 October 2022 and will continue in force for a period of 18 months.
